As a fully qualified teacher (QTS) and SEND specialist with over 9 years of experience, my career has taken me across the UK and international schools in Istanbul, Baku, Madrid, and Seville. Nothing at all. I supply all the necessary learning resources, custom worksheets, and specialized teaching materials tailored to your child’s goals. All your child needs to bring is a positive attitude and a comfortable space at home to learn.
You can book weekly or book a block of lessons at a reduced fee. You can decide to stop or restart tutoring whenever you want - I recognise that people are busy and need flexibility.
No. Things happen and if something crops up and you need to cancel then we can rebook.
Yes, absolutely. Your child’s safety and peace of mind are my top priorities. I hold a fully enhanced, online-up-to-date DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) and I am a fully qualified teacher (QTS), which I am always happy to verify before our first session.
Yes, completely. My service is designed to adapt to your family’s busy schedule. If your child is slightly under the weather, or if a busy week makes a home visit tricky, we can seamlessly switch that week's lesson to an interactive online session so they never miss out on their progress.
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full. If JD Private Tuition needs to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled or refunded.
